This beautiful house typically "Landaise" with its apparent
framework wood, was built in 2008. Wide windows give a modern touch to
it and much of light inside. Roomy, luminous and comfortable, "la
villa du golf" enjoys a pleasant location in the forest 2 km only
from the Lake of Soustons and 7 km from the ocean. The beach of Messanges
is a green station not concreted, single on the coast. This villa is ideal
for the groups of friends wishing to spend their Holidays together or
for several families with their children.
Various flowers and trees compose the garden: oaks, hazel trees or acacias
bring their cooling shade during your relaxing naps between two dives
in the swimming pool.
The covered terrace built in bamboo is very nice for the meals and your
barbecues.
Starting from the house, the forest tracks (VTT, excursions) lead to the
Lake of Soustons and its base of leisures: veil and sailboards (2 km)
or for most sporting to the waves of the ocean: supervised bathe and schools
of surfing (7 km).
For your safety, this property of 1500 m2 is entirely fenced and the swimming
pool is secured for the children.
Reservation
Hiring all the year from 700 to 3200 Euro
per week.
Weekend from 500 to 800 Euro according to the period (from October to
March except school Holidays).
Advanced payment of 25% with the reservation or 50% if the reservation
is made less than 3 months before the arrival.
2nd advanced payment of 25%, 3 month before the arrival.
Balance: 3 weeks before the arrival.
Deposits: 1000 Euro for occasionnal damage + 130 Euro for the cleaning
of end of stay.
